GOVERNING LAW & SEVERABILITY
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any litigation with respect to these Terms and Conditions will be brought in the courts of the District of Columbia. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Any failure to enforce or delay in enforcing any part of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of our rights under these Terms of law.
TERMINATION
This agreement is effective until terminated by AACPM, at any time without notice. At termination, the terms of this agreement governing service use, disclaimers, and limitation of liabilities shall survive this agreement. AACPM reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time.
