A new academic program with passionate attendings having years of experience training students, residents and fellows. The program is well rounded but has emphasis on managing complicated cases, working through revisions, limb preservation techniques including all types of internal and external fixation as well as the use of patient specific implants and joint replacement.

This is a new program being built with involved faculty having years of experience lecturing, writing, teaching and training. This new program has the support of the West Virginia University Medicine system and has recruited attendings to help fulfill the goal of producing graduates who will be competent, compassionate, well-trained, well-rounded leaders in the profession.
