Program Overview
As one of the most competitive residencies in the country, Highlands-Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency Program has the added credential of Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA). With 3 positions/year, our program features high surgical volume in reconstructive, forefoot, rearfoot and ankle surgery; wound care and diabetic foot care; intensive academics including weekly Journal Club and lecture series; nationally recognized research; comprehensive medical rotations, diverse students, excellent attendings and historic legacy. We also have a one-year reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle/Trauma Fellowship since July 2020. Located in Denver, “the gateway to the Rockies”, our program provides an excellent living environment with diverse outdoor activities as well as cultural city activities.
