Program Overview

The Program at Plainview Hospital is a PMSR/RRA 3-year training program offering extensive training in forefoot and rearfoot surgical procedures. It offers experiences in hyperbarics, wound care, and the vascular laboratory and management of trauma cases in the emergency department. It’s affiliated with Syosset Hospital and also offers a robust ambulatory experience in a private practice setting with the Program Director.
Our residents will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a multidisciplinary postgraduate training program working with medical and surgical residents, students, and experienced faculty dedicated to the personal and professional development of all learners. The program provides excellent training opportunities with the Podiatric and Orthopaedic communities and to participate in research opportunities available through the Feinstein Institutes. T
