The Salem VA Medical Center Residency Program is a well rounded comprehensive training program based at a
large veterans hospital, which is a primary referral site for several outpatient clinics. The hospital is a full service complex medical center with adequate resources to support the educational program. The podiatry service is staffed by a large dedicated group of teaching faculty, all fully trained in comprehensive medical and surgical care of the foot and ankle. The program requires a GPA of at least 3.0 and passing of Boards Part 1 and 2 to apply.
