Program Overview
Comprehensive 3-year program within a teaching institution that offers hands on training in both a clinic and hospital setting. Affiliation with the New York College of Podiatric Medicine fosters academic stimulation, teaching responsibilities and research opportunities. This also enables the resident to have access to numerous CME activities sponsored by the college. The comprehensive nature of training includes the invaluable experience to follow patients from start to finish. Training encompasses coverage of 4 HHS hospitals one which is designated a Level 1 trauma center. Residents have an excellent record of job/fellowship placement upon completion of this program.
