Program Overview
Loyola University Medical Center is a Level 1 Trauma Center that provides excellence in resident education. The program focus is clinical/surgical experiences for three residents each year, resulting in certification in PMSR/RRA at completion. The program covers all aspects of education, including a dedicated experience in pediatric podiatric surgery and rotations at a multi-specialty hospital, community hospital, Veterans hospital and private offices. Residents have surgical experiences at Loyola, MacNeal, Gottlieb, Oakbrook Surgery Center, Loyola Ambulatory Surgery Center, Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery, affording them the opportunity to work with more than 15 Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
