Program Overview
We emphasize the training of a well-qualified podiatric surgeon, competent in all aspects of podiatric medical and surgical care. Throughout the three year program, residents are treated with respect and as professionals. Our residency is developed around the concepts of critical thinking, decision making, and increased responsibility. Tremendous opportunities exist for podiatric research. Extensive wound care experience is available as well as training with foot & ankle orthopedic surgeons. Attendings are dedicated to teaching and provide one-on-one instruction. Externs encouraged to apply.
