“NOTE: PROGRAMS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING THEIR INTERVIEW SCHEDULES IN THE CASPR NMS SYSTEM. Programs may begin creating interview schedules on October 31 and start issuing interview invitations to applicants on Dec. 4 in the CASPR NMS System.

How many Hotel Suites/Rooms are to be used for interviews?(Required)

Provide the Occupant Names for ALL the suites to be used for interviews(Required)

We use the occupant names and confirmation codes to have the hotel set interview rooms aside and pre-assign their room numbers. We can then provide you and interview candidates with interview room locations. Otherwise rooms are assigned based on availabililty.

Only interview rooms may be designated for late check-out (after 11 am and 2 pm latest) and will incur a charge of a half day’s room rate.

To request a Meeting Room, complete the information above and remit a- $150/day payment.

The number of meeting rooms is limited and meeting rooms are assigned ONLY when this form is completed AND payment is received by AACPM. AACPM does not guarantee that all programs requesting meeting rooms will be accommodated.
