To request a Meeting Room, complete the information above and remit a- $150/day payment.

The number of meeting rooms is limited and meeting rooms are assigned ONLY when this form is completed AND payment is received by AACPM. AACPM does not guarantee that all programs requesting meeting rooms will be accommodated.
