The AACPM CASPR and CRIP programs are administered by AACPM’s Council of Teaching Hospitals (COTH).
- CASPR Code of Conduct for Programs is applicable to all residency programs participating in CASPR and/or CRIP and was developed to ensure that the participating institutions exercise the highest of ethical and professional standards in the process of resident selection. Each participating residency program must ensure that their personnel adhere to these standards.
- The AACPM COTH Statement on Bias and Harassment is intended for all participants in the CASPR process. AACPM and COTH are committed to preventing bias and harassment of any kind throughout the residency application, interview, and selection process. AACPM and COTH do not tolerate any inappropriate questions or conduct by program faculty, residents, representatives, or applicants.
- The COTH Complaint Policy provides for the procedures for filing and reviewing complaints against podiatric residency programs and applicants regarding violations of the CPME standards for resident selection and COTH policies on program conduct, bias and harassment, and the CASPR program and applicant participation agreements.
