You must come to the Walden Registration Room to make changes to or cancel your interviews. The Walden Registration Room is located on the 8th floor of the hotel.
Staff at the Interview Change Table will make the change on your schedule and the program’s schedule and then ask that you deliver a note to the program/s about the change—just tuck it under the door of the interview room.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not recommend cancelling any of your interviews, even if think you are no longer interested in the program or believe a program has made you an offer (don’t believe it). You risk burning a bridge, if you cancel.

SLYCE COAL FIRED PIZZA COMPANY is the hotel’s restaurant located in the lobby. It is very good with menu options other than pizza. You may order off the menu take advantage of their Combo meals available as advertised in SLYCE and throughout hotel. Their hours are listed below and visit their website for menus:

FULL SERVICE RESTAURANT: Monday through Saturday 11 AM–11 PM and Sunday 4–11 PM
IN THE HOTEL ATRIUM the hotel will have available, Sandwiches, Salads, Chips, Bottled Water, Soda, Coffee at lunch.

If you need assistance while you are at CRIP, come to the Walden Room, 8th floor of the Embassy Suites Rosemont where there is staff to assist you from 7 am to 5 pm daily. After hours, send an email to casprweb@aacpm.org.
